Demeeko Williams and Beulah Walker Operate Hydrate Detroit, a 501C3 Local Water Rights organization providing advocacy, consultation, help with water bill assistance and legislative policy to fight back against water shutoffs and disconnections of water service to low income city residents. Hydrate is comprised of a group of concerned neighbors, friends and allies who want to see positive results in the city of Detroit.
